Now, we're looking for a Content Strategist to help us scale our voice and presence across all channels.
You're hungry, creative, and deeply plugged into what works on social. You know how to turn a business story into a scroll-stopping reel, or a customer testimonial into a hero piece of content. You're highly organized, love bringing structure to chaos, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You're a strong communicator who can plan, create, and coordinate content that drives both engagement and results.
Plan, manage, and execute a content strategy that supports our product launches, brand story, customer success, and overall marketing goals
Organize and coordinate videographers and photographers for content shoots across the country
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce campaigns, ads, and creative assets
Edit short-form video and image content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Manage and maintain the content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Schedule and post content regularly using publishing tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
Track content performance, gather insights, and make recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Develop a consistent visual and brand tone, ensuring all content aligns with our values and voice
Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized pieces across platforms
Source UGC (user-generated content) and manage inbound media from partners, creators, and customers
Stay on top of trends in fintech, small business, and creator content to keep our brand fresh and relevant
1+ years experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Proficiency with editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Figma, or similar
A portfolio or examples of your social media work
Strong organizational and project management skills - you&aps;ll be juggling lots of moving parts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A sharp creative mind and the ability to think both strategically and tactically
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can shift
Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or with SMB-focused brands
Photography or videography skills
Familiarity with paid social strategy and content for performance marketing
Work at the intersection of finance, tech, and small business empowerment
